Novawatch entered a saturated cybersecurity market without an existing product, brand, or digital presence. The challenge was to define a clear identity, simplify complex security concepts, and create a scalable foundation that could support both product development and go-to-market efforts.
My Role
Led end-to-end design across brand, product, and marketing, owning everything from visual identity and UX strategy to interface design and sales enablement. Worked closely with stakeholders to define positioning, translate complex security concepts into clear user experiences, and build a scalable system to support growth.
The Challenges
Entering a saturated cybersecurity market with no foundation
NovaWatch needed to establish credibility in a space dominated by established security providers. Beyond design, the real challenge was positioning NovaWatch as a trusted security partner, not just another vendor.

The Foundation
Starting from Zero
When I joined Novawatch, there was no brand, no website, and no defined product experience. Only a name and a loose color direction.
The company was entering a crowded cybersecurity market, offering managed security and detection services to organizations with complex compliance requirements and large endpoint environments. The challenge was not just to design visuals, but to establish credibility and clearly communicate a highly technical offering.
As the founding designer, I built the foundation from the ground up, defining the brand, shaping the digital experience, and creating the systems needed to support growth across marketing, sales, and customer touchpoints.
