Saige Real Estate needed a digital platform that could drive lead generation, support MLS-powered property search, and establish credibility in a competitive local market. The challenge was to create a clear, conversion-focused experience that guides users through buying and selling decisions while building trust at every step.
The goal was not just to present listings, but to structure the experience in a way that reduces decision fatigue, supports user intent, and encourages meaningful action.
My role:
I led the project end-to-end for the Synchronicity team, owning the full 0→1 build across strategy, brand, and product design. This included defining the information architecture, mapping user journeys, designing wireframes, and creating a complete visual identity. I also designed the full UI system and delivered developer-ready assets to support implementation and MLS integration.
The result was a fully realized product experience built from scratch.

A fully integrated MLS system using Showcase IDX allows users to search real-time listings, apply filters, and explore properties directly within the site. This creates a seamless discovery experience that aligns with how users actually browse for homes.

Mortage Caculator

An interactive mortgage calculator that allows users to estimate monthly payments based on home price, interest rates, and down payment. This provides a clear breakdown of costs, helping users better understand their financial commitment before moving forward.
Affordability Calculator

Interactive tools like the mortgage calculator and affordability calculator allow users to evaluate purchasing scenarios in real time. These tools provide immediate clarity, helping users understand what they can afford before taking the next step.

More than anything, it emphasized that combining UX strategy with functional tools creates a stronger, more valuable experience.
